Guam – The Guam Police Department has issued the following list of new fees that will take effect on Sunday, February 2ed.
PUBLIC NOTICE – LIST OF FEES TO BE ASSESSED BY THE GUAM POLICE DEPARTMENT
Pursuant to Guam law (Title 10 Health and Safety, Article 1, §77134 Fees) the Chief of Police will adjust fees assessed by the agency to recover administrative costs, not associated with performing essential crime prevention and law enforcement duties effective; FEBRUARY O2, 2014.
Pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Act, the Guam Police Department held a public hearing on June 05, 2013 at the Civil Service Commission’s Public Hearing Room, Sinajana and received public comment.
The result of this administrative process is the adjustment of the following categories of fees;
* Police Clearance $15.00
* Concealed Firearms Permit $103.00
* Fingerprinting $34.00
* Traffic Accident Report $26.00
* Firearms Permit Late
Renewal Fee $9.00
* Firearm Inspection Fee $9.00
* Non-Concealed Firearms Permit $43.00
* Annual Boat Registration $45.00
* Special Event Fee $172.00
