GPD Warns Thefts From Parked Vehicles Up; Advises Caution

342

Guam – Due to the rash of recent thefts from parked vehicles, the Guam Police Department would like to remind everyone to please remove the keys and lock their vehicles, even when parked in front of their homes.
Individuals looking for an opportunity will check to see if your vehicle doors are secured.  Remove items that may attract theft, such as coins in the ash tray, CD’s, bags, purses and gifts.

Don’t give these thieves the opportunity to make you their next victim.  If you see anyone lingering around your property and you don’t know who they are, call the Guam Police Department, a officer will respond and check who that person is for you.
