GPD Searching for Suspect in Beating of Massage Parlor Worker


Guam – Guam Police are looking for a man who beat a massage parlor worker early Wednesday morning.


The 39 year old Chinese woman was taken to GMH suffering from severe facial injuries after a customer beat and bite her face and then smashed a glass counter top covering over her head.

According to a release from Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia, the suspect entered the Best Therapy Massage about 1 am Wednesday and asked a female massage therapist for sex.

When the woman informed the man they did not offer sex, Officer Balajadia reports that the man became angry and started punching the woman in the face. The woman fought back “biting the left pinkie finger of the suspect … which made thing worse,” states Balajadia.

In response, Balajadia reports, “the suspect starting biting the victims face” and “grabbed a counter top made of glass, striking the victim in the face which caused the glass to shatter.”

The suspect fled the scene and GPD is asking for the public’s help in locating him.

He is described as Chuukese, with a medium build, standing  between 5’3″ and 5’5″. He has short spiky hair and was last seen wearing a light green shirt and dark colored pants.
