GPD Wants to Talk With Man Suspected of Attempted Kidnapping


Guam – Guam Police are looking for a man who is suspected of attempting to kidnap a 6 year old girl and a 3 year old girl from a playground area at Perez Acres in Yigo Friday evening.

According to a release from GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia Officer from the Dededo Precinct were called to Perez Acres about 6pm Friday evening by the mother of a 6-yrs-old girl and 3-yrs-old girl.

The mother of the girls reported to Police that her daughters  were playing in the park just outside their home, within the Perez Acres Estates.

The girls came running inside the residence crying.  The 6-yrs-old told her that a man grabbed the 3-yrs-old and started walking off with her.  The 6-yrs-old started screaming and the individual put the child down and ran off.

The man is described as;
5 foot 6 to 7 inches tall,  thin build, dark complexioned with facial hair. He was wearing a black shirt, gray shorts and zorries.  He was also reportedly walking a small black dog.
