It’s that time of year again where everything gets a bit more spooky. Our PNC Halloween Patrol went around looking for the hot candy spots, and also The Guam Police Department has some helpful safety tips for tonight’s festivities.
If you’re looking for somewhere to take the kids tonight, the Tamuning Mayors Office is holding their annual Halloween village event at the Tamuning Gym.
Halloween safety is also a top priority, and GPD wants to remind all the trick or treaters and their parents to be safe and be seen
“Be safe and be seen. We ask motorists to please be extra careful. We wanna celebrate the right way,” said Sgt. Paul Tapao, GPD spokesman.
GPD also wanted to stress “Stranger Danger” awareness and remind those trick or treating to never get into a car or go inside the house with a stranger.
