Guam – Acting GPD Spokesman Sargent Mike Aguon reports that a terrorizing complaint has been filed against a Guam police officer.
The complaint was made at the Hagatna Precinct yesterday [Tuesday] evening about 8 pm.
The complaint has been investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division says Sargent Aguon, and it has been forwarded to the Guam Attorney General who will decide whether or not to file charges.
The circumstances, the name of the officer and the name of the person who made the complaint have not been released.
Sargent Aguon says that an internal affairs investigation has also been launched into the allegations.
