Guam – Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas, Naval Hospital Guam and Navy Medicine West (NMW) will host a groundbreaking ceremony aboard Naval Hospital Guam installation, Friday, Jan. 14 at 10 a.m., to celebrate the start of construction for the new hospital.
The $158 million firm-fixed price contract was awarded September 2010 to Watts Webcor Obayashi A JV of Honolulu, Hawaii.
