GSWA drive-thru payment window to close Wednesday


The Guam Solid Waste Authority has announced that beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1,  the drive-thru payment window at the Harmon Transfer Station and Hazardous Waste Facility will no longer be open for customer payments.

“The drive-thru payment window was necessary to accommodate customers who pay with cash and check while the Bank of Guam temporarily stopped accepting GSWA payments during the pandemic crisis,” said GSWA General Manager Larry Gast.

“Now with the Bank of Guam resuming payment collections for curbside trash service, customers paying with cash and check may now visit a Bank of Guam conveniently located near to them.”

Customers may also pay their solid waste bill using the following safe methods:

  • Online with debit/credit card at
  • Secure lock boxes located at Treasurer of Guam (ITC Bldg. or DPW One-Stop)
  • Cash or check payments at Bank Pacific, Bank of Guam, or ANZ Bank.
  • Mailing payments to 546 N. Marine Corps Dr. Tamuning, Guam 96913
