Tamuning, Guam – As part of the ongoing commitment to provide quality service to customers, GTA announced today that it will be upgrading its voicemail service for landline and wireless subscribers.
Customers can experience an innovative, practical, and simple way to manage their voicemail with new features and functions.
GTA’s Visual Voicemail is available to iPhone and Android users. This new service stores voicemails directly on smartphones, allowing customers to quickly access their voicemails, and provides new controls to play, rewind, store and delete messages.
The new upgrade also includes access to an online web portal where subscribers can listen, save, or delete messages from a computer desktop.
“We are delighted to enhance our customers’ experience and to make it easier for them to manage their voicemail. At GTA, we recognize that voicemail plays a major role in how customers conduct business and how they keep in touch with loved ones in their personal lives,” said Robert Haulbrook, GTA’s president and CEO. “We know that voicemail is a favorite feature among customers and we’re pleased to make it even more useful to them.”
To access GTA’s Visual Voicemail, iPhone users must download the latest iOS update, while Android users are required to download the free ‘GTA Visual Voicemail’ App from the Google Play Store.
Voicemail users can easily change their settings and personalize their voicemail accounts and greetings. For more information about the upgrade, GTA customers can visit www.gta.net/voicemail or contact GTA at 644-4482.
