GTA renews Hafa Adai pledge

GVB is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Hafa Adai Pledge program with the enrollment of GTA which renewed its commitment to the pledge today.

The Guam Visitors Bureau joined GTA employees at the new GTA Experience Center in Tamuning for a special Hafa Adai Pledge Ceremony this morning.

Over the past decade, GVB president and general manager Pilar Laguana said 930 businesses have enrolled in the branding-campaign.

“Because of the program, there are 43,500 participants as part of our pledge who are diligently living out the pledge. We’d like to share with them our culture and they become ambassadors. So we’re so glad that you are part of the number one industry. Thanks to you all,” Laguana said.

GTA’s director of public relations Laura Cepeda said GTA is pleased to renew its commitment to the pledge to continue their promotion of CHamoru culture and the Håfa Adai Spirit.
