Guam will be placed in Condition of Readiness 4 at 10 a.m. today.
Though the National Weather Service lifted the tropical storm warning for the island, they warn that a small craft advisory is still in effect until 3 p.m. Tuesday. Please drive with caution as the storm may have left some debris.

The government of Guam will resume normal operations, with the exception of DOE schools. Government employees are advised to contact their supervisors.
Hundreds of Guamanians took shelter at one of three public schools used as storm shelters yesterday. Guam DOE 12-month employees will be preparing schools for normal operations tomorrow.
Guam Memorial Hospital received 13 expected mothers yesterday. They will leave the hospital once COR4 is announced. GMHA employees are asked to report to work as scheduled.
All dialysis centers are open.
Guam Power Authority crews continue to work on restoring power throughout the island. GPA officials are asking residents to call their Trouble Dispatch at 475-1472/3/4 to report outages so they can add it to their work list.
