The Guam Chamber of Commerce has transferred to its new office in Hagåtña at the Harbor View Building on West Soledad Avenue.

The new facility fronts Marine Corps Drive in Hagåtña and is owned by Ada’s Trust & Investment, Inc. The new Chamber office features new conference and meeting areas all on one floor as well as covered parking.

“The Ada Plaza Center has served us well for over 40 years but as the work of the Chamber continues to grow, we needed to upgrade the facilities to work more efficiently and expeditiously. After many years of planning, we are happy to be settled into our new home,” Chamber President Catherine Castro said.

P. Sonny Ada, President of Ada’s Trust & Investment, Inc. said: “We thank the Guam Chamber of Commerce for their past tenancy at Ada Plaza Center and for their confidence in Ada’s Trust to continue leasing with us. Ada’s Trust will continue to provide the same exceptional service to the Guam Chamber of Commerce as we welcome them to their new home in the Harbor View Building.”

A ribbon-cutting and open house will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 6, with an open house at 10 a.m and a facility tour until 3 p.m.

“We encourage companies interested in learning what the Guam Chamber is about to visit us on August 6th. Meet our members and learn more about the work of the Chamber. We look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen our organization and our island community. There is much work to do and we look forward to moving onward together,” said Castro.
