Guam Guard Lt. Col. Limtiaco Booked and Released for Assault and Harassment

Guam – The Guam Guard’s Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Benny Paulino says he is taking the allegations against Lt. Col. Joseph Stephen Babauta Limtiaco “very seriously”, but he can not comment on the details.

Lt. Col. Limtiaco was booked and released Tuesday on charges of assault and harassment. 

A statement released by Maj. Josephine Blas acknowledges the arrest, and states that Maj. Gen. Paulino “ takes this and all allegations very seriously. The case was filed with and is in the hands of local authorities. Since this incident is currently under investigation, we cannot comment on any details.”

“Maj. Gen. Benny M. Paulino, The Adjutant General of the Guam National Guard, takes this and all allegations very seriously. The case was filed with and is in the hands of local authorities. Since this incident is currently under investigation, we cannot comment on any details; however, we look forward to complete resolution of this matter.”
