The Catholic Pro-Life Committee held a rally against abortion Friday afternoon to coincide with other March for Life rallies held around the nation.
According to the committee, these rallies are held every year around the anniversary of Roe V. Wade, January 22, 1973 — the landmark Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion.
In the mainland, the March For Life is an annual march/rally held in Washington D.C. to protest both the practice of abortion and its legality.
According to the committee, the movement has gained tremendous encouragement and effectiveness in the mission of the Catholic Church and all other religions that believe in the sacredness of all human life.
Marches and other rally events are also being practiced worldwide reflecting the tenets of the March for Life rally in Washington D.C.
Every year in Guam, the Pro-Life Committee is committed to the cause, protesting against abortion, and protecting babies and all human life from conception to natural death.
