All Guamanians are advised to stay indoors and off the streets. This is the time to remain at home and to not drive due to the high winds and heavy rains.
Governor Eddie Calvo, in coordination with Brig. Gen. Andrew Toth, the Deputy Commander of Joint Region Marianas, has declared Guam in Condition of Readiness 1, which means damaging winds within 12 hours.
