Guam Nissan Gives $10,000 to Saipan Relief


Monetary donations from Guam Nissan are split to help aid recovery and rebuild homes for Typhoon Soudelor victims.

Upper Tumon, Guam– Guam Nissan released a statement detailing their decision to contribute $10,000 to aid victims in Saipan.  Van Shelly, President and CEO of Guam Nissan, said that their relationship to management and employees of Saipan’s Joeten Motors Incorporated made them feel close to Saipan as Guam Nissan is their distributor.  The $10,000 was split in two donations of  $5,000 presented to the Joeten Daidai Foundation and the other $5,000 to Guam’s Rotary Clubs.  The Rotary Clubs have teamed up with Ace Hardware and their fellow Rotary Club of Saipan to provide materials and supplies to help rebuild homes for the typhoon victims.
