Guam Pacific International Gets $7.3M DoD Contract to Retrofit 33 Buildings at AAFB

Guam – Guam Pacific International of Barrigada Guam has been awarded a $7,363,353 contract to provide retro fitting services to help reduce energy and resource consumption in 33 buildings at Andersen Air Force Base in support of the Navy’s energy conservation program.

 

Guam Pacific was chosen from 6 proposals submitted. The contract was awarded by NAVFAC Marianas.

The contract is a firm-fixed-price task order 0005 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40192-10-D-2800).

The work will be performed in Yigo and is expected to be completed by September 2013. 

Contract funds in the amount of $7,363,353 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
