Guam won over Hong Kong, 103-83, in the 2021 FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers at the Prince Hamza Sports Hall in Amman, Jordan Sunday night.
Tai Wesley top-scored for Guam with 25 points, along with 10 rebounds and nine assists.
Philippine Basketball Association guard Jericho Cruz had 24 points, along with seven assists, four rebounds, and three steals.
Other Guam players who contributed were Curtis Washington who had 16 points and six rebounds as well as Joseph Blas, Jr. who contributed 12 points.
This is Guam’s first win ever in the Asia Cup Qualifiers.
