Guam – The Department of Public Health and Social Services is looking for a home for a 16-year old Chamorro/Caucasian girl.
The agency sent a press release this morning seeking the community’s assistance in finding a foster home for the teen.
According to the release she enjoys signing and dancing, fashion and dressing up. It also says she is looking for a spiritual home so she can continue to attend bible studies, youth group and church. She would also like to be placed with a family that has spiritual values with weekly church attendance.
The release goes on to say that the teen has special needs but has made significant progress and is ready to transition into a family home that will give her attention and help her succeed in life. ACSW Director Peter Roberto says the teen will do well in a structured home environment in a household with no children or a small family with female children her age or older.
