Guam – The Guam Under-13 Boys’ National Team completed its second day of matches in the 2011 AFC U-13 Boys’ Festival of Football being held at the China National Football Training Center just outside of Beijing, China.

Guam lost 3-0 to Mongolia in the morning match, before succumbing 2-0 to both Chinese Taipei and Hong Kong in the afternoon matches.

This completes the first round of matches with Format 1, which is one 30-minute period of play.  The nine teams in the festival get a bit of a break today with just a Skills Test scheduled for 9:30 a.m. (11:30 a.m. Guam time).

The festival matches will resume tomorrow when Guam kicks off against Japan in the morning before a rematch against Macau, who Guam defeated 2-0, in the afternoon. Both matches will use Format 2, which is a full match (two 30-minute halves).
