Guam – One Soldier, deployed with the 1-294th Infantry Regiment, Task Force Guam, arrived on Guam last night.

Sergeant First Class Jennifer Dacanay was deployed with TF Guam, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan, but did not return home earlier this year as she has been receiving medical treatment at the Tripler Army Medical Center, in Hawaii, for injuries sustained while deployed.

As with all our Soldiers, SFC Dacanay served our country and our island with honor and pride. We are excited that she is finally coming home and will ensure she receives the well-deserved Heroes Welcome!
