Guam – Guam Police are investigating a terrorizing complaint filed by the driver of an MBI truck who says that he was threatened by a man with a gun in a passing vehicle.
The compliant was filed Wednesday afternoon. The employee reported that at approximately 3:30pm he driving the company truck on Route #4 in Ipan by First Beach when another vehicle drove up alongside him in the opposite lane and the drive pointed a black handgun at him and yelled for him to pull over.
The MBI driver was able to get away from the other vehicle and he drove to Talofofo Village where he contacted police to report the incident.
The MBI driver told police that the vehicle that pulled up along side him was a faded red 2-door sedan and the license plate was covered by a red rag. The MBI driver went on to describe the man who pointed the gun at him as being a Micronesian man with long un-kept hair, wearing a black shirt.
No arrests have been made. The case remains under investigation.
