GVB: Arrivals Down -2.4% Between March 1-27


Guam – The Guam Visitors Bureau [GVB] reports that arrivals fell  -2.4% from March 1 through 27th compared to the same period last year.

Arrivals from Japan dropped -11.1%,  a loss of  10,045 visitors.  Korean arrivals surged 33.4%, a gain of 4,706.

Arrivals from China have bounced backed nicely, climbing 29.2%, a gain of 104 from the 356 arrivals last year. And Russian arrivals continue to show the strongest percentage gain, up 132.5% to 1,679,  957 more Russian visitors than last year during the same period.

The total Civilian Air Arrivals for this period is 113,404.
