Guam – About 40 homes in Astumbo Gardens are still out of water after an emergency outage last night.
GWA crews are working on a problem water main break and water won’t be restored until 5pm today [Thursday].
GWA announced an emergency water outage for Astumbo and Finegayan areas until 1 this morning.
All other customers, except for those 40 homes, have now had their water service restored.
