GWA Crews Continue to Work on Anigua Line


GWA crews work on a 16 inch water line break. While working on the break, crews discovered a damaged cement pipe. 

Guam – The road closure along Anigua and into Adelup is postponed until tomorrow as crew continue to work on the old lines.

A broken sewer line that was supposed to be fixed by 6 p.m. Tuesday will now be postponed for the third day in a row. According to Guam Waterworks Authority, the road closure for parts of Anigua will continue until at least tomorrow. While fixing a sewer line, GWA crews found an old cement pipe that was damaged in multiple locations. The Anigua sewer lines are scheduled to be rehabilitated through a US EPA grant.
