Beginning April 3rd, 2020, the GWA Upper Tumon Customer Service Center drive-thru window will now be open earlier at 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will continue to take all forms of payments for GWA and GPA customers only. This service will be available Monday through Friday for the duration of the Government of Guam shut down due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Since the drive-thru opened on Monday, March 23rd GWA has seen a steady increase in the number of our customers using this service. In the interest of reducing wait times, GWA will now open at 6:30 a.m. GWA and GPA appreciate customers’ commitment to paying their utility bills despite this on-going crisis.
GWA encourages everyone to observe the social isolation directive by using pay by phone, mobile app, online payment or drop-box options and only utilize the drive-thru service as a last resort.
