Guam –  The Guam Waterworks Authority has declared an emergency water outage in effect now until 10 pm tonight [Monday]. The outage  effects Route 4A and Route 17,  Cross Island Rd, Baza Gardens and Windwards Hills.
 
The reason for the outage is so that GWA crews are making repairs on an 8 inch water line.
