Guam – The Guam Waterworks Authority has announced an emergency water outage in effect right now for part of Santa Rita.
The outage has been caused by a break in a 6 inch water line.
GWA Spokeswoman Heidi Ballendrof says repairs should be completed and water service restored by 10 tonight.
The specific areas effected include the Sumay Memorial, the village of Santa Rita and surrounding streets.
