Guam – While families were celebrating liberation day, a water main break in the middle of the parade caused water outages to central villages, even shutting down and restricting businesses in the area.

According to GWA, the villages of Agana, Agana Heights, Sinajana,  Maina, Asan and Piti will experience low to no water pressure until 10 p.m. The break occurred right outside of Port of Mocha near the Bank of Hawaii and caused multiple businesses in and around Agana to temporarily close or restrict services.
