Heavy rains Monday morning prompted a flood warning from the National Weather Service.
About 2 inches of rain fell before noon on Monday.

The gusty winds that came with the rain knocked down some tree limbs and caused spot power outages around the island.
Outages were reported along Turner Road on Nimitz Hill and at the entrance to Pago Bay.
Along Route 1 in Asan, a tree fell down and took some power lines with it. 38 customers lost power there.
