Guam – Next time you drive through Santa Rita, a colorful painting will greet you.
The Hita Santa Rita Village Mural was unveiled this morning as part of the Guam Visitor Bureau’s We Are Guam Mural Project. Namo Falls, Our Lady of Guadalup Church and memories of Sumay Village are featured on the mural. Artist Phil Card says Sumay Village was included because it has significant meaning to the people of Santa Rita.
Card and his wife designed and painted the Mural. The couple has lived in Santa Rita for 23 years.
