Hotel features art work of Chamorro artists

Promoting the island culture is a year-round task for many hotels, but the Outrigger has taken it a step further by kicking off Mes CHamoru with song, dance and art.

Guam – Everyday hundreds of tourists walk in and out of the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort but for the month of March tourists will receive an additional dose of Chamorro culture.

On Friday, March 1,  the hotel kicked off the celebration of Guam’s history and heritage by hosting an exhibit featuring the art works of 13 Chamorro Artists proudly displayed in the hotel’s lobby. The opening ceremony also featured performances by Inenton Gef Pa’go.
