Guam – Hyatt Regency Guam is pleased to welcome Mirko Agostini as the new Executive Chef of Hyatt Regency Guam. Chef Mirko is taking over the kitchens from Chef Josef Budde, who is retiring after 30 years of service with Hyatt Hotels. Chef Mirko joins us from Hyatt Regency Incheon where he worked as Executive Chef for the past 4 years.
Chef Mirko is no stranger to the island, as he served as Al Dente’s Chef de Cuisine from 2002 – 2004.
Chef Mirko has extensive international experience and knowledge with a culinary career that has spanned almost 20 years in locations such as Italy, Switzerland, London, Australia and more recently Bali, followed by Korea. Chef Mirko brings a passionate culinary fervor to Hyatt Regency Guam’s culinary team and we are pleased to welcome him back to the island. Chef Mirko is joined by his wife Paola and their daughter Lara.
