The Kumisión has been meeting regularly via Zoom; maintaining current projects such as
the move from the old Guam Museum building at the Plaza de España in Hagåtña to Tiyan Building “E” in order to get their home, the old museum building repaired.
The Kumisión will now be located at their new location in Tiyan where they had hoped to establish the Liheng Finamta’ CHamoru or the Language Revitalization Center. Due to current events related to the coronavirus, I Kumisión is looking to readjusting and reinventing other action items on their Strategic Plan.
