Guam’s Biggest Night Race returns on Saturday, November 29th at the Paseo Riverside. Show time is 6PM and the race begins at 7PM. PRESS RELEASE – The Streets of Hagatna will be lit up with the upcoming IT&E’s Parade of Lights 5K on Saturday, November 29, 2014. This year’s route will begin at the Paseo Riverside and head north with a spectacular view of East Hagatna Bay with music and lights throughout the course. Show time is at 6PM and the race action will begin at 7PM. Last year’s inaugural race featured over 2000 attendees lighting up the streets of Tumon in bright lights and neon colors.
