Guam – Yesterday the John F. Kennedy High School JFK stakeholders celebrated that the ground breaking on the construction of the their new campus.
Today there are visible signs that the old school, which stood in Upper Tumon for over 4 decades is beginning to make way for the new campus. Parts of JFK ‘s existing structure is being removed. DPW officials say, the new home for the islanders will be built within 9 months and ready for the 2011 -20 12 school year.
According to JFK School Principle Ken Chargualaf, he is now looking forward to the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new school in June 2011.
