A joint proclamation was held Friday afternoon recognizing April 24 to Jun 12 as Law Month and also marking May 1 as Law Day.

The 2021 Law Day theme is “Advancing the Rule of Law Now.” According to the American Bar Association, Law Day provides an opportunity to understand how law and the legal process protect our liberty, strive to achieve justice, and contribute to the freedoms that all Americans share.

Aside from the Judiciary of Guam and District Court of Guam, the schools were also represented at the joint proclamation signing for Law Month and Law Day.

Also present at the virtual proclamation are the student counterparts of Governor Lou Leon Guerrero and Lt. Governor Josh Tenorio respectively who both spoke at the virtual proclamation.
