At 10:33 a.m. Wednesday, Jose L.G. Rios Middle School administrators initiated a lockdown due to an irate student on campus.
The Guam Police Department was called to the scene.
The individual is now in GPD custody and the lockdown was lifted at 10:52 a.m.
According to Guam Department of Education public information officer Michelle Franquez, students have returned to classes and will be released at their regular dismissal time.
