KUAM Responds to Gutierrez-Aguon Release On MMI Controversy

Guam – In response to accusations made in a media release from the Gutierrez-Aguon campaign about the controversy over the FCC complaints filed against MMI by the Calvo-Tenorio campaign, Pacific Telestations General Manager Joseph Calvo has released the following statement:

“KUAM follows all federal and local laws and regulations. The Gutierrez Aguon statement is a ridiculous attempt to deflect attention from the
real issue and is factually wrong. Federal and local laws should be followed by all broadcasters.”
