Larry Haruo Arrested on Vehicular Homicide Charge

Guam – Guam Police have arrested 35 year old Larry Haruo in connection with the death of a woman who was a passenger in the vehicle he was driving that ran off the road in Tamuning last month.
Haruo was arrested Thursday night for vehicular homicide, DUI and reckless driving, among other charges.
He was driving a 1997 Toyota Tercel which ran off Marine Corps Drive, into the side of the Security Title Building across from Denny’s about 12:30am June 10th. 
23 year old Jayleen Pastor was a passenger in the back set of the car and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

BARRIGADA – This evening the Guam Highway Patrol arrested;

LARRY HARUO, m/Chuuk/35/Yigo, for Vehicular Homicide, DUI, DUI with .08 BAC or more, 2Counts DUI with Injury, Reckless Driving, Reckless Driving with Injuries, Imprudent Driving and No Drivers License.

As reported; TAMUNING – 12:38am, Tuesday, June 10, 2014, the male operator (LARRY HARUO) a 1997 Toyota Tercel lost control and ran of the roadway, Marine Corps drive by Security Title, Tamuning.

2 male adults in the front
2 females in rear passenger seat

All four were transported to GMH, one female was pronounced dead upon arrival.
