Guam- Ipan Devil Rays(1-1) take down the Inarajan Gadaos(0-2) 16-6 Tuesday night at Paseo. Devil Rays took advantage of a lot of walks and timely hitting to put up 6 runs in the 3rd and 6th inning. Jacob San Nicolas for the Gadaos went deep to spark a 6th inning rally to narrow the score to 10-6 but the Devil Rays would answer in the bottom half and win the game by the 10 run mercy rule. Ray Aguon, Nate Weakly, Jason Stoneburner and Tony Doyle all picked up two hits pace a hot hitting Ipan team. Paul Diego picked up the win for the Devil Rays going 4 innings with 0 er and 7 k’s. Wednesdays game is between Team Guahan Soldier and the Santa Rita Braves. Thursday’s game is a great village rivalry game with the Southern Bobcats vs Merizo Rebels.
