A leaning power pole at O’Brien Drive caused a power outage for hundreds of residents around the area and resulted in a traffic jam.
The Guam Police Department had to close the road from Route 4 onto O’Brien Drive and Route 8 onto O’Brien Drive while Guam Power Authority repaired the pole which was struck by a garbage truck.
Motorists were asked to seek alternate routes.
