Guam – The 34th Legislature’s final anticipated session is now underway at the Guam Congress Building in Hagatna, where Sen. Tom Ada’s (D) Bill No. 154-34 (COR), “relative to expanding the penalty for signage violations and including a fine for delayed action on such violations” has just been placed in the third reading file.

Sen. Fernando Esteves (R) has just finished addressing colleagues with his Bill No. 291-34 (COR), “relative to allowing individuals to change the legal sex designation on their birth certificates” and Acting Speaker Therese Terlaje (D) is now entertaining discussion on the floor.
