Lizama turns himself in

One week ago, the Guam Police Department sent out an advisory that they were in search of Jeffrey Lizama.

Identified as a person of interest involved in several ongoing theft investigations, Jeffrey Lizama has self-surrendered to authorities.

One week ago, the Guam Police Department sent out an advisory that they were in search of Lizama.

After four days, Lizama self-surrendered to GPD detectives. Police say that Lizama was implicated in three theft of property complaints.

According to GPD Spokesman Sgt Paul Tapao, Lizama was arrested for the following complaints:

* April 17, 2018: Theft of property complaint filed by CPS Electric;
* January 2, 2019: Theft of property complaint at the Tanguisson Power Plant which was filed by the Guam Power Authority; and
* April 28, 2019: Theft of property complaint at Yigo, which was filed by Guam Waterworks Authority.

Lizama was arrested on offenses of criminal trespass; theft of property; theft by deception; theft of property held in trust; criminal mischief and crimes against the community.

He was booked and confined.
