Various island organizations are putting a concert event together to help veterans on Guam.
The Luna Blue Fest 2020 is a concert fundraiser organized to benefit the veteran community on island.
What makes the event unique is that it’s Guam’s first-ever, 2-session, live drive-in concert event.
Among the featured groups are The John Dank Show, For Peace Band, Profect TEO, Strangers With Candy, Harmony Chea & KPV, EVRGRN, Mix Plate, and Pop Rocks & Soda.
The concert event is set for this Saturday, Nov. 14, from 2 to 6 pm with a 2-hour break and the second set starting from 8 pm to midnight.
The venue of the concert is the GO Farm — Guam’s oceanfront farm, adventure resort & market — located on Rte 15 Marbo Cave Road, Mangilao.
Parking slots are limited so purchase your tickets now. General pass is $35 per vehicle with a maximum of 5 people. VIP pass is $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 5 people.
COVID-19 protocols are in place during the concert and will be strictly enforced for the safety of the public. The event has a ZERO tolerance policy for violence, drugs, and failure to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols.
There will be food and drink vendors with car side ordering and delivery and no outside food and drinks are allowed. There will be giveaways with every parking pass.
The event is presented by Pokka Ice Lemon Tea, Go Farm, and The Western Pacific Veteran Community in partnership with the stations of the Sorensen Media Group.
