According to an ex-girlfriend of Bass, who had reached out to PNC, he had allegedly stolen from her property and allegedly stalked and harassed her on different forms of social media.

The ex-girlfriend claims she has since filed a restraining order on Bass. According to the ex-girlfriend, Bass had allegedly refused help and admission into Guam’s Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.

PNC sought documentation to verify the restraining order but did not receive it as of news time.

GPD was investigating the death of a 39-year-old woman who suffered multiple lacerations to her body.

She was transported from the Mai’Ana Airport Plaza to GMH where she was later pronounced dead.

In addition, a 19-year-old female victim was also transported to GRMC for treatment and care.
