Man, 42, Behind Bars for Sexually Assaulting Minor Sisters

Jason Mauricio, according to police, denied the allegations made against him.

Guam – A 42-year-old man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting two minor sisters.

Jason Mauricio was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct and four counts second degree criminal sexual conduct.

Police say it happened on several occasions over the last several years. The report was made by school officials who learned about a 12-year-old girl being molested.

The student then revealed that her 10-year-old sister had also been sexually abused by Mauricio. Police say during interviews with the older sister, she appeared fearful and had changed her story saying it was a step-brother who molested her.

However, police say she later confirmed that Mauricio sexually assaulted her by touching her and performing oral sex on her. The younger sister also told police that Mauricio began touching her when she was 7 years old.

Mauricio denied the allegations. He was booked and confined.
