A 16-year-old girl told police that she was sexually assaulted by a man she knows just days ago.
When police interviewed Mac Talvo Flores, he admitted knowing that what he did was wrong.
Recalling the incident, the victim told police she was asleep on the bedroom floor when she woke up to the sound of the door opening and closing.
By her account, it was the sound of Flores entering and approaching her. Flores then allegedly inappropriately touched her while she pretended to sleep.
The complaint said that Flores left and later returned to rape her, believing that she was asleep.
Flores was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct as a second-degree felony and is being held on allegations that he sexually assaulted a minor.
