Man accused of sexually abusing a minor

Guam – A man accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old has been arrested.

The girl told school officials and police investigators that, the suspect Derrick Dean Guerrero, molested her for two years.

She told police that when she was 11, she was awakened by Diego, who touched her inappropriately before penetrating her.

In another incident, the victim recalled being raped by Diego and also told police that Diego attempted to take her pictures.

Diego is charged first degree criminal sexual conduct and second degree criminal sexual conduct. He was booked and confined.
