Gordon Baker, 18, is accused of forcing an 11-year-old victim to perform fellatio. The second victim, also around 11 at the time of the alleged assault, is now 16, but police did not charge Baker in that case.
Guam – An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with forcing an 11-year-old girl known to him to perform oral sex. And, according to police, the young man confessed, but claims he didn’t force her.
Gordon Francisco Baker was charged with 3 counts first degree criminal sexual conduct, and one count third degree criminal sexual conduct. Police say shortly after New Year’s, Baker threatened to beat up the young girl if she did not perform fellatio on him. The victim at first refused, but police say Baker slapped the minor in the face.
Police say it happened on three other occasions as well, each time, Baker allegedly threatened to harm the victim if she reported him.
Police say the victim’s sister also came forward with similar allegations, but she told police that the sexual assault happened about four or five years earlier, also around the time that she was 11 years old.
Police, however, did not charge Baker for that alleged sexual assault.
Baker is being held on $100,000 cash bail.
